Why This Expedition

Why choose our 152 KM rafting expedition?

If a short rafting session was never really what you had in mind, our premium rafting in Ladakh expedition takes things a lot further - a journey through one of the world's most spectacular river canyons, spread across 6 nights and 7 days, from Padum to Sangam along the magnificent Zanskar River.

This isn't built for anyone after a few hours on the water. The 152 km rafting expedition is a genuine Himalayan expedition, bringing together continuous white-water rafting, dramatic mountain scenery, premium camping, and outdoor experiences that stretch across an entire week.

Every day brings new rapids, shifting landscapes, towering canyon walls, and remote camps that make the whole journey as memorable as the destination itself - backed by internationally certified river professionals and logistics that have actually been thought through.

The Route

Padum to Sangam.

The adventure starts in Leh, before travelling through the spectacular landscapes around Padum, where the rafting expedition itself officially kicks off. From there, the river carries you through some of the most dramatic canyons anywhere in the Himalayas, before wrapping up at Sangam, where the Zanskar River merges into the mighty Indus.

Throughout, Zanskar River rafting delivers a landscape that keeps shifting - towering cliffs, deep gorges, crystal-clear water, remote beaches, exciting rapids one after another. Every stretch of river feels genuinely different, giving participants a look at Ladakh's untouched beauty from an angle very few travellers ever actually get.
