• User Account:

  Want exclusive access to certain features? You might need to create an account. Please safeguard your login info – what happens on your account, stays on your account!

• Prohibited Activities:

  We love adventure, but not the illegal kind! Avoid:

  • Copying or sharing content without permission.
  • Using automated systems like “robots” to access the Site.
  • Sending spam or unwanted messages.
  • Messing with our network or security.
  • Using the Site for anything illegal or unauthorized.

Bookings & Payments

When you’re ready to book your adventure:

• Booking Policy:

  Bookings are subject to availability. We might need to decline certain bookings, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you informed!

• Payment Terms:

  All prices are displayed on the Site and can change at any time. Once you choose your adventure and pay, you’ll get a confirmation email with the details.

• Cancellation & Refunds:

  Life happens, we get it! Here’s our cancellation policy:

  • 15 days before booking: Cancel and we’ll refund 50% of your booking cost.
  • 7 days or less: No refunds, sorry! We’re already prepping for your trip.
  • If you don’t show up on the day, we won’t be able to refund your payment.
  • Refunds (when eligible) are processed within 10 working days through the original payment method.

Adventure Activities

You’re about to embark on an amazing adventure! But keep in mind:

• Assumption of Risk:  Adventure comes with its own set of thrills and risks. By participating, you accept those risks—both the highs and the lows!

• Release of Liability:

  We’re here to guide you safely, but you agree to release PaddlerZone India and its team from any claims or damages that might arise during your adventure.

Intellectual Property

We’ve worked hard to build this Site and the content on it, so:

• Ownership: All content on the Site (text, images, design, etc.) belongs to PaddlerZone India or our partners. It’s protected by law—so no copying!

• Limited License:

  You’re welcome to enjoy our content, but only for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use violates these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Dispute Resolution: If there’s any dispute, we’ll resolve it through arbitration in Shivpuri, Rishikesh, under Indian law.
