Cancellation Policy at a Glance:

Booking with us requires a 50% deposit of the total cost of the activities you’ve selected. Once paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.

But if life throws you a curveball, here’s how our cancellation policy works:

Free Cancellations!

• Cancel 30 days before your booking? No worries! You get a full refund, with zero cancellation fees. It’s as simple as that.

50% Cancellation Fee

• Cancelling 15 days prior? You’ll be charged 50% of the booking amount. We hate to see you go, but you’ll still save part of your investment!

No Refunds

• Cancel within 7 days of your adventure or fail to arrive? We won’t be able to offer a refund. But don’t let that stop you from rebooking for a future date!

Refund Process:

• Any refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 10 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
